Covenant Registration Form
The UUCA Covenant Groups meet on a schedule that runs on a trimester schedule (October to January, February to May and June to September). Examples of Convenant Groups are: Monday Women's Group; New Community; Women In Transition; Men's Group, and the Friday Night Pioneers.
Covenant Group Member Responsibilities
1. Be a member or friend of UUCA.
2. Actively participate regularly in your group meetings. Attendance is expected at all meetings. Occasional absences should be reported to group leaders prior to the meeting.
3. Contribute to the development of your group covenant. Keep the covenant.
4. Participate in your group service project(s).
5. Welcome new members to your group.
6. If you are a UUCA member, consider becoming a group co-leader.

This request will be sent to the Covenant Group Coordinator for appropriate processing. Thank you for your interest in a Covenant Group. You will be contacted by a Covenant Group co-leader or committee member to let you know the status of your request.
