PathWork Program:
Adult Religious Enrichment Programming

The mission of the UU PathWork Program is to create, sustain, and structure educational opportunities for participants to strengthen a sense of both belonging and commitment to the congregation, increase clarity regarding religion, faith, and spiritual path, achieve comfort articulating their personal religion, explore and deepen their spiritual life, and reflect on how to implement UU principles and live their spirituality in daily life. PathWork strives to accomplish this through a series of classes and programs to assist individuals gain an understanding of the history, principles, and implications of Unitarian Universalism.

September 7 “Governance as a Spiritual Experience”

Three years ago, UUCA's Board moved to Policy Based Governance which has been a significant shift in its mode of operation. It has also meant a major change in the way we “do” church. This morning, the Rev. Mary Higgins, UUA District Executive for the Northeast District who has been working with our board, will share her insights into how and how governance can be more than meets the eye.
