- An explanation of the family information
Based on the family configuration recorded in ACS People module, Access
ACS users can register their entire family to attend such events as
All-Church Retreat, Dignity Players performance, Concert for Peace and
Justice or a New Members Talk and Tour.

- What's the difference is between a 'Head' or 'Spouse' and a 'dependent'
Head or spouse title usually represents the adult representing the
household, minor children are listed as dependents.

The benefits of registering for ACS
In addition to staff and leadership being able to access your data
online, members can also login to manage their own personal
information. This feature makes it easier than ever to maintain
accurate member data. All changes your members make are treated as
requests. Then, when your Access ACS administrator goes online to review
these requests, he or she can approve or deny the pending changes with
just a few clicks of the mouse.
Great uses for Member Login:

  • If a family moves locally, they can go online and update their address.
  • If you get a new cell phone, you can login and add the new number to
  • the database.
  • If you notice a birthday is recorded incorrectly; you can change it
  • while inside Access ACS.
  • If you want to know how much you have contributed you can go online to
  • see your contribution records.
